Shipping
Your purchase will be shipped in 1-2 days from purchase, from San Francisco, CA, USA. Within the USA, the standard shipping time is usually 3-5 work days. You may choose expedited shipping for additional charge. Please note that due to circumstances out of our control – Covid and Post Office issues in the last quarter of 2020, the actual shipping time may be somewhat longer. A tracking number will be issued with every domestic and most international shipments. All domestic standard shipping on purchases over $35 going to the same address is free, yay!

The international shipment time depends on the destination country, so please plan accordingly. The best-estimate on international shipping time will be provided during the checkout.

Gifts
You’ll have a chance to mark your purchase as a gift and include a gift message while excluding the purchase price. I love helping you send your love and appreciation to your friends and family! All jewelry is shipped in branded gift-ready boxes, and for jewelry items over $35, or if they’re marked as a gift, a lovely branded satin satchel is included as a luxurious gift wrap.

Returns
I want you to be as happy wearing your jewelry as much as I was while making it! If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return in within 2 weeks from receipt and in the original shape. Please contact AmmonArt for a return label and the refund which will be issued upon receipt of the purchased piece. Any damage to jewelry purchased that was incurred by buyer may be deducted from your refund. I’ll work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with your AmmonArt experience and communicate clearly during each step.
