Shipping
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Customary time to process a shipment is 0-2 days. If the shipping is delayed for unforeseen reason, I will notify you over Etsy messaging and let you know when to expect the package shipped. For custom items, please see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-25 business days
- North Africa and the Middle East: 14-25 business days
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that interruptions in shipping due to the pandemic might increase the shipping times, especially international shipping times. I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Your purchase will be sent with tracking, and you’ll be able to check the status of your package at any time through your Etsy account.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that if your country requires you to pay for customs, you may receive a separate notification from your country’s customs agency and may have to pay the customs fee before the package is released to arrive to the final destination.
If you have not received your purchase in the time expected, please check tracking information in your Etsy account or contact me to help you track down your package.
Refunds and returns
I gladly accept returns. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, I’ll accept a return and issue a full refund through Etsy as soon as I receive it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I’m sure we can come to a mutually satisfactory resolution.
