These stones are clearly natural, with small inclusions and variations highlighting their sourcing. Larimar color is graduated from the lightest gemstone on top intensifying to darker blue in the lower drops.

-Earrings drop length is about 1″, with 8mm and 6mm natural Larimar gemstones, pictured with 10mm (~0.4″) loops, please measure yourself carefully and choose which size loops you need – 10mm or 12mm (~0.47″).

Larimar (in Pectolite family) is a wondrous gemstone fairly recently discovered in only a few places, with the prime source of the most beautiful blue stones like these in the Caribbean. It reflects the gorgeous tropical colors of blue sky with fluffy white clouds and clean ocean of this beautiful place, melding blue and cream tones reminiscent of a watercolor painting.

I fell in love with this stone as soon as I saw it and got a number of pieces soon after I started exploring gemology, not realizing that it will skyrocket in value. With the current proliferation of fake Larimar in the market, true gemstone is getting harder to find, and I have to choose my stones carefully.
